Chosen to do a field study on the elusive Tal'ossi people from Tal'os Trenta, she doesn’t expect to have feelings for the Kindred warrior who is supposed to guard her there. But she can't seem to help the instant connection she feels to Braxx and she knows he feels the same for her.

A strong woman is made in the actions she takes. Was really looking forward to this female’s story but all the times she says “Im a strong independent woman” didn’t jive with all the times she gave away her opportunity to take action and effect a better outcome. This became a wishful trope after a while and all the wringing of hands got to be way too much to handle. Fell far short of the evolution I’d hoped. Sad face.

Molly has been blind since she was 16. Braxx is to be her pilot on a trip to an alien planet. He has visible and internal scars. The attraction is palpable but can they overcome the odds of another male trying to bond with Molly, even if she is unwilling?

I love the romance and possessiveness of the Kindred men. The sex is unforgettable and so sensual.
