In the bustling city of Henderson, Nevada, Hope Novak co-owns StriveFitness with her sister, Ewa Krupa. The fitness center is a thriving business that offers self-defense classes to empower women. However, the sisters are hiding a secret that has made them stronger than they appear. Project Aurora, a government program that manipulates DNA and virtual reality training, has given them years of special operations training.

Hope's life takes a turn when she meets Celia Mendonca, a high school student who wants to earn money for her prom dress.
