Dolores Cannon is recognized as a pioneer in the field of past-life regression. She is a hypnotherapist who specializes in the recovery and cataloging of “Lost Knowledge”. So profound just like Dolores' other books. All extracted information from the regressions are deeply researched and validated. These books take you on an adventure of the spirit. It almost felt like as if being on the location and timeline. Highly recommended.

The book is very interesting. The audio version is very well done, with the reader using different voices to represent the people in their past lives. I've never considered if past lives are a real thing so this book gave me a lot to think about. As a Christian I resonated with the loving way Jesus was portrayed but it challenges a LOT of religious doctrine by saying that Jesus was a normal human.
