The book is not a complete training or nutrition guide, it provides a few fun recipes and a list of safe and toxic foods, lists some common training methods and gives a bit of good advice, but it does not explain how to apply the training methods, for that you will need to look for other books. It is good if what you need is basic information on where to start with your research and a few good tips on how to be a fair owner.
