I enjoyed the audiobook of Lumberjacks and Ladies. I especially found Candice Sue Patterson's All that Glitters compelling because of the tension from the story's beginning 'til the end. I also have a tiny and distant connection to the real-life antagonist because many years after this point in history, he settled as a teacher and writer in the Philippines where i live and i sang the English lyrics he penned to a song about our motherland when i was a child.

I also appreciated Jennifer Lamont Leo's Undercover Logger, particularly how God used the biography of George Muller to inspire a turn-around in the hero's life.

While each story was different from one another, all of them were quite lovely. I didn't have much time to finish long novels this past week and the length of each story was just perfect.
