I listened to the audiobook. The premise of the book was excellent. Perhaps with a different narrator I would rate it higher. Emily Beresford provides a unique & appropriate voice/accent to each character making dialogue easy to follow. Her narration, however, lacks the emotive quality that brings a story and it’s characters to life.

this is a thin story. the message is viable but the wording is pretentious. it is a pity the narrator makes it even more so.
