About this audiobook
Psychic healing has long been around.
The main idea behind psychic healing is that if you need healing, it's because you've taken your spirit to a lower level of consciousness. The most common psychic healing technique is "empathic healing."
A psychic Empath is a psychic who has empathic intuition and can therefore experience other people's feelings as if they were their own. Then, the Empath will be able to feel what the other person feels. the empathic psychic can take some of the individual's suffering in need of healing, so that he has less to bear on that individual. With any kind of feeling, this method of empathic healing is effective, making it a powerful and versatile ability.
In this book you will learn:
- A highlight of personality traits that most empaths embody
- What impact empathy has on your life.
- The ways of developing yourself as an empath
- How to grow and protect your energy.
- You'll learn how to calm your mind and control your "psychic abilities"
- How to get grounded and release negative energy from your aura
- How to shield and protect your energy from other people’s toxic
- How to deal with toxic relationships
- How to improve your emotional intelligence

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I found it helpful for the various emotional vampires and how to combat each one. But most importantly, it was helpful to learn/be reminded that it is OK to set boundaries with people and to say no and to put your own well being first. It was also fun to read the various types of empaths and learn what types I was. I highly recommend this book for any empath at any age.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This explains my constant cravings to be alone in nature and why I seem to bond so deeply with my animal companions. They get sick when I do and are energetic when I am. It also explains why even though I like people and want to spend time with them, I get overwhelmed at
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I have been waiting for this book my whole life without knowing it...To have a word to put to what I am is a miracle!! also the reason why I give this book 5 stars is because it gives actual tools and lets the reader know what is so great about being an empath!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5An empath is a person who is naturally endowed with an overabundance of empathy. As I understand the term, a “natural empath” (my term, not Orloff’s) is an individual who is naturally endowed from birth or genetically “loaded” with a deep and extensive empathy, a hypersensitivity to the experiences of others.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Bought this for my girlfriend. She is finding her way and this is now her bible. So refreshing to get help and advice from Judith. Lovely to come across someone like Judith. She appears a profiteering soul like so many in this area. Written from her experiences. non-judgmental, but she is no fool and will not tolerate attention seekers.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a new journey for me. I've discovered that there are different types of Empaths, some resonate with me, others don't, but that's OK! There is a Facebook support group which is well recommended to join as you are able to contact like-minded people!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Brilliant book! I have just become aware that I am an Empath and this book is clearly written to help me understand the person that I am and it has some very good strategies about dealing with everyday life which I am finding very helpful.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is a bible for empaths. I always knew I was an empath but I never really understood what that meant until I read this book. Pure inspiration.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I found my entire family and a lot of my friends in here. I learned why certain things never worked out, why I ended up sick and how I can fix most of that and get well. I’m already healing. There was a bit of a grieving process but so many aha moments. Judith has a lovely way of sharing her own experience , both personally and professionally.
