About this audiobook
As Kalila's forces battle the Rotham invasion, Blackmoth is attempting to detonate an isotome weapon in close proximity. After a coup against White Rook, Raidan now controls the Organization. He has taken his remaining warships to Capital World, the planet he loves most in the galaxy, and is threatening to destroy it, unless Caerwyn Martel is surrendered to his custody. Calvin has returned to the Nighthawk and together he and his crew attempt their most dangerous adventure yet, an excursion into Forbidden Space where, Calvin believes, he will uncover the ultimate truths behind the remaining secrets. Including who the mysterious human is that the Rahajiim intelligence failed to identify. Rain and Calvin have developed romantic feelings for one another, but can there be any future for the stalwart adventurer and dying doctor? Summers also has feelings for Calvin, though she denies them. Tristan demands what was promised. Nimoux struggles to recover from a gunshot wound. Rez’nac is desperate to reclaim his honor. Shen wants desperately for Sarah to give him another chance—meanwhile he must struggle with the debilitating pain of The Calling. The Khans threaten to take Aleator One, with the help of the vicious Enclave. All the while, the Dread Fleet has begun its campaign of extermination, starting with the Polarian Worlds it deems too secular. Their unstoppable march of death and devastation leads them to human space where, either the Empire will find some way to stop them, or else humanity will fall as fulfillment of Polarian prophecy. The Final Battle. The Final Darkness. The Final Reckoning!

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Just highly disappointed that the final book in the series is not available here...

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Storyline falls apart. Author feels the need to touch on diversity topics. I read some saying about woke and broke that applies here.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5The first 3 books had me hooked, great writing, except for the fact that I find it hard to believe with all the tech, shields, beam weapons, altered space travel, advanced sensors, but yeah we still use m16 rifles and standard lead bullets. Aside from that, starting in book 4 I believe, the internal character monologs just kept getting longer, repetitive, and just flat out painful to the point i started just having to skip them. Honestly I think ill just read the summary of the last book, I dont think i can do it anymore.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Loved the series and the characters are just perfect for the roll writen. I hope you have another 6 books coming out with Calvin, Sara, Reznik , Summers and even Rain. Thank You for all the enjoyment the books and characters bring to me each day. I have lupus and spend a lot of time in bed. Listening to yours and others books are the best company in my days.
Thanks Again,
P.Moore - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Listen to the series. Very entertaining. Absolutely love the series.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5As always a great book with a great reader. Can't wait to continue the series.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5The only reason I gave it a 3 is because they let you listen to 4 books in the series then a web sight is given in order to continue. Listening was OK and entertaining, I like reading but don't have enough time. This series wouldn't keep my attention if I were to read it. The author is good, and to listen while working was enjoyable. Never did come to a conclusion of various aliens their beliefs, the Space Federation, humans all eventually waring getting interesting and the series was cut off !! Over all I do like the writer.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The other reviews are correct. At one point the author hijacks the story to make a political point, and it throws you out of the world. Agendas, agreed with or not, do not make for good storytelling.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5In true space opera tradition, science is ignored and relationships remain stilted and adolescent. However, action abounds with spear-carriers aplenty.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Self loathing, no self confidence, whiny snowflakes. Not my thing.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It’s the Most interesting series of books I have ever read.
