My first listen to anything by this author and I have to admit I really liked and enjoyed it. I know it's marked as erotica but both stories were very sweet and even though there was plenty of smut I found them very romantic.

My review is for Lassoing the Virgin Mail Order Bride, which actually ends about half way through this audio. A second complete book follows the end of the titled book, but is unnamed - it is a unique twist on a forced proximity romance and was good, but I don’t feel comfortable reviewing it more without the name.

Given the title and book cover, I thought Lassoing the Virgin Mail Order Bride would be a historical romance, but I was pleasantly surprised that it’s a contemporary romance, set in a ranch in Texas, told in first person, with dual narration. The premise is pretty well-explained in the title, but this was a real twist, as most mail order bride tropes are historical. The author created relatable and likable characters, and both were seeking a HEA. It was definitely steamy, but I thoroughly enjoyed the sweet and vulnerable moments in the book just as much. This is my first read by the author, and I’ll be looking for other titles to read by her. Narration was excellent!

This was lovely. I very much enjoyed the love story. When the story is adorably sweet, insta-love is a-okay in my book. It was awesome that we got a secondary story, which was also sweet. There was also very hot spice. The narrators were excellent.

Amazing story with lots of hot scenes. Very alpha male. But it does end abruptly. I so wish it would have ended more slowly without the epilogue jumping so far ahead. I highly recommend
