      Love the deathlands series. I listen to series over and over again.

      Definitely a book you have to and want to pay attention to or you'll miss something important. Love the descriptions so funny

      It been a long time since I picked up a deathlands book. Like the Trader as character. Looking forward to rest of the books.

      Plot driven action between bad good guys and bad bad guys in a dystopian future The action sequences are prefaced with a catalogue, in detail, of the armaments each protagonist carries. They do not just pick up a gun or rifle, far too simple, 'reloaded a fresh 30-round clip into his folding stock Ruger Mini-14 '. This is the prequal that introduces us to Trader and his traveling band of thugs.If you are into action, are an armaments nut, and like your women feisty and packing heat. Then this very long series is for you.
