So far I can’t get enough of this series, I’m completely consumed by it. I feel so invested in what happens with Eve, Asher and their rolls in what happens between good vs evil. I love this series so far and highly, highly recommend it to read. The only thing I don’t like is the Author is a little repetitive with saying some of the same thing’s, but I still love the characters and story line. Gargoyles Galore.

Oh my god what a ride this was, loved, loved, loved it no spoilers from me just a big fat recommendation to read this series its amazingly awesome and I am so hooked. I found Restraint even better than the first installment if that's a tall possible. We are now fully immersed into this supernatural world and Asher and Eve are initially still trying to show restraint with there feelings towards each other, there bond is still growing ever stronger and there fighting a losing battle in regards to there attraction, there's drama and heartache and Consequence's to the pairs decision's. This is one epic ride can't wait to start book 3.

The second instalment of the series. Eve must deal with the death of a friend as she continues to train with the gargoyles.

Before I read Revelation and Restraint, I read an excerpt and let me tell you, it definitely got me hooked, especially after reading the last line. And now that I have read both books, I don't know what to do with my life.In Revelation, the title itself says it all. It's all about revealing what everyone's role is in the story, especially Eve's. As I mentioned in my review for Revelation, the first book was more of a filler with the information, providing it so the reader wouldn't be lost on the rest of the series. I also mentioned that I just had a feeling that Restraint would be action-packed and intense. I was right.Restraint takes us on a whole other level of intensity. Holy mother of all that is sex...the sexual tension is off the roof. I just wanted them to do it right then and there so I could relax, but that wasn't the case, sadly. I still love Asher. I will forever be Team Asher. Now I am in between Asher St. Michael and Daemon Black. Yes, girls, Asher is that good for me to have him close to Daemon Black. In this sequel, the reader gets to experience new sides to the characters and how in depth they really are. Reading about Eve, her role, how her love for Asher is forbidden, Deacon, Lucifer wanting her, Gage (another hottie), had me going crazy with all the stuff that happens in this story. I was also laughing like I did in the first book. This is the first dark series I have read that has such a great humor and it is so fun to read. I recommend this book to those that like the Lux series. It will not compare to the Lux series but it is a very close one. These two series have been the ones that have gotten me laughing one moment and getting upset the next with how intense and passionate it is.
