For AMERICANS - Good book overall. Has a lot of helpful tips but I think it is not great for starters who are just submerging themselves into figuring out their financial plans and how they can start investing as part of the plan. There is a lot of jargon that he uses that will be frankly confusing to beginner who have no clue about investing. Do your basic homework first and then get the book!
