- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5It was really hard to get into this book. I hate to call anyone's life boring, and i am not now. It held my attention. She really had some hard moments.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Boring book other than the fact that we learn she was a pothead, a drunk, and very promiscuous. She had no objection to sleeping with strangers and married men. Yet she chides Landon for doing the same thing and feels for his kids after he is caught in an affair. (She doesn't give the kids of her own affairs a second thought.)
This book drolls on about trivial matters involving people none of us know. Grassle comes off as a poor, mistreated individual placing the blame on others yet pats herself on the back about her accomplishments, her talent, blah blah blah. Quite honestly, she comes off as an airhead and it sounds like neither she nor Landon were very good people.
