I didn't make it past the first chapter. It's a rewrite of River and Joyce Higginbotham's "Paganism". Same talking points and even phrasing.

Why are all these new books full of mistakes right in the beginning? Paganism (Polytheism and Animism) are incredibly older than any other “non-pagan” tradition. “Neopagan” is the modern version of Reconstructed Forms of Paganism. And Paganism is not a religious movement, that is the same as saying that Theism (the belief in a God or Gods) is a religious movement.
