As a magic guide this fulfills all of the promises it makes. It is a base exploration into the foundations and practices of welsh magic and it does an amazing job of inspiring exploration into welsh magic and folklore, as well as providing a base layer of practices to get started.

As a written piece of literature I found it to often be repetitive in nature and the first few chapters can feel like an extended introduction. it was hard for me to piece out when the intro stopped and the lessons began. But in a nebulous frustrating way, not a “oh I’ve been learning this whole time” type of way

I loved this book so much. I hated that it had to end. The author has a patreon and I am able to get even more information. Trust me...this book will get you on the path you want to be on. She leaves nothing out. At least I felt fulfilled and hated for it to end. Hope you give it a read!
