About this audiobook
Blaine Grayson returns to Three Sisters Island with a grand plan—to take Camp Kicking Moose to the next level. Her dream starts to unravel when she discovers Moose Manor's kitchen has been badly remodeled by her sister, Cam, who
doesn't know how to cook. Added to that blow is the cold shoulder given by her best friend, Artie Lotosky, now a doctor to the unbridged Maine islands.
As old wounds are opened, Blaine starts to wonder if she made a mistake by coming home. Little by little, she must let go of one dream to discover a new one, opening her heart to a purpose and a future she had never imagined.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It takes place on Three Sisters Island. Blaine had left for 2 yrs. to figure out her future. She returns with a French man trying to figure out his calling. Cam, her sister, is pregnant and trying to bring a cell phone tower to Island. Locals don't want it. Art I, Blaine's friend, has become a doctor and ignores her. Blaine does not like how her Dad and sister remodeled kitchen. Jean, the Frenchman, keeps getting hurt. Forgiveness, finding purpose in life, babies to be born, and a storm bring about lots of changes. One plan ended for a better one.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was drawn to this story first because I like lighthouses, but kept reading due to the story. Blaine has a good plan, but not all the resources needed to make it work. She wants to remake the family business into a great restaurant, but soon finds out it is not as easy as she first hoped. She also has to modify her plans when she realizes that coming home is not at all as she wants as she has to work with family and old acquaintances to make her dream a reality. I received a copy to read, the review is mine.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was very excited to read this new book in the “Three Sister’s Island” series! I enjoyed the others so much! The family has settled on the island and it has become their home. Paul is still working to develop Camp Kicking Moose into a success. Blaine has graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pairs and returns home excited and anticipating making her dreams come true by turning the camp fine dining destination. Many surprises await her, come good and some not so good. Her sisters are both married and pregnant. They have settled into comfortable lives and work. She is forced back into the reality with her family, the business and life on the island. Blaine is not prepared for some changes her family lovingly with her in mind. They are equally surprised with a Frenchman named Jean Paul she brings home with no explanation of who he is or why. I love this family! They are so real! Their interactions, drama, misunderstandings bring them to life. With all of them, under one roof, it gets quite chaotic. Add to the mix Blaine, Jean Paul and out of the blue Paul’s Dad shows up. Each one has their own problems and struggles to work through some very serious. Their love and desire to make the relationships succeed was refreshing. No matter what their struggles they always worked it out. I could relate so much with Maddie and her fears and anxiety concerning her husband Rick’s health issues. While I was happy to see many of the characters from previous books, the new one, Jean Paul was my favorite. His ability to listen with his ears and his heart drew me to him. I wish I could talk to him! He inspired me to become a better listener. I liked the way he always directed them to God. His saying, “Pray and release”, will stay with me in my life! His mishaps while sad are hilarious. The author’s descriptiveness of the gorgeous scenery was beautiful. I love nature. The best part of the book was that through all the problems, heartaches, and even frightening events, the characters always turn to God for their strength and guidance. I understand this is the last book of this series, but I so hope Ms. Fisher will write JUST one more! I received this book from Revell Publishing in exchange for an honest review. The opinions stated are my own.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Welcome back to Three Sisters Island, ME, and another visit with Paul Grayson and his three grown daughters. (I was thankful for the character list at beginning of this book. With the books in the series a year apart, it can be hard to remember who's who.) At Lighthouse Point, #3 Three Sisters Island, by Suzanne Woods Fisher is very enjoyable as it focuses especially on Blaine’s return to the island, yet we see Cam and Maddie maturing in their marriages and the dynamics of the family as a whole. There are so many character developments or relationships examined, that the flow of the storyline is wonderfully robust and busy from every angle. With healthy doses of faith that are spoken in Woods’ trademark profound but easy-to-understand style, this book is the perfect conclusion to The Three Sisters’ Island series. Woods even surprised me a few times with her twists and turns.I received a copy of this book from the author and publisher through Celebrate Lit via NetGalley and LibraryThing Early Reviewers. No positive review was required, and all opinions are my own.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5At Lighthouse Point is the third book in the Three Sisters Island series, and it's a wonderful way to catch up with the lives of the Grayson family. This is such a lovely book, and author Suzanne Woods Fisher has once again created a story filled with faith, trust, love, and family. She realistically shows both the strengths and weaknesses of her characters, and I would love to be friends with Paul Grayson and his three daughters. Engaging characters, an intriguing plot, and a beautiful setting. What more could you ask for in a book? At Lighthouse Point is an inspiring and entertaining read, and I recommend it to all who enjoy contemporary Christian fiction. This book was provided courtesy of Revell through Interviews & Reviews and NetGalley.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5At Lighthouse Point by Suzanne Woods Fisher has Blaine Grayson returning home to Three Sisters Island after being gone for two years. She is ready to remodel the kitchen at Camp Kicking Moose so she can open a fine dining restaurant. All Blaine’s dreams fly out the window when she discovers the family did some updates without her. Blaine needs to find the right path for her with a little help from family, friends, and God. At Lighthouse Point is the 3rd Three Sisters Island Novel. I recommend reading this engaging series in order so you can get to know the characters and how they came to live on Three Sisters Island. We finally get Blaine’s story in this edition. I thought this story was well-written with developed, realistic characters. The story moved along at a good pace. The author provided vivid descriptions that allows the readers to visualize the scenes. I could not wait to read this book. I wanted Blaine’s story plus to see how this series would end. There were surprises for the whole family in this story. This is a Christian story with Scripture quotes, but it is never preachy or overbearing. The most important take away for me was to pray and let go. We need to leave our worries in God’s hands. I liked the flashbacks into Blaine’s life. We get to see important moments in her life that shaped her. We get to catch up with Paul, Cam, Maddie, and Cooper. I liked the addition of Jean-Paul, Blaine’s Parisian friend, and Walter Grayson, Paul’s father. I enjoyed the humor sprinkled throughout the story (some of the antics will have you laughing out loud). Blaine cooked some wonderful dishes. The food descriptions will have your mouth watering. At Lighthouse Points is a story about family, friendship, and faith. I will miss Three Sisters Island and the Grayson family. At Lighthouse Point is a heartwarming tale with squabbling sisters, a crazy kitchen, a battered boyfriend, baby bonanza, a cell tower conundrum, God’s goodness, and campground chaos.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I have waited for awhile for this book to come out. The journey that this series has provided has been filled with joy, obstacles, surprises and a family that surrounds each other with love. I decided in order to do justice to this series I needed a refresher. I went back and reread the previous story so I could escape once again into the world where lighthouses are prominent on an island full of hope. As I write my final review of this series I feel emotional saying goodbye to my friends. The author has written a saga that allowed me to be part of a family who instilled in me the importance of following your dreams. They may stumble along the way but with God’s help they find their destiny. Now I was a little unsure about the man that Blaine brought hone from Paris. He irritated me somewhat until the moment I read what he had done for Blaine. Oh readers don’t miss this part in the story. It captures the pure unconditional love a person has for others. “God will never give up on you even if you give up on Him.” Those words spoken by a stranger to Blaine pierce her heart in a way that made her start to heal from her sorrow and pain. It was one of the most emotional sections of the book that defines the road to freedom. I am one of those people who don’t like change. I like my little place in the world that may be boring to some but it is familiar and comfortable to me. The island is experiencing growing pains which some don’t care for. It was interesting to see how the town would take to technology coming in and perhaps new businesses popping up. With this change is the core group of townspeople who like things to stay just the way it always has been. The author shows us what it is like to allow change so we can grow and become more like minded. I adore lighthouses and even have a collection of them in a curio cabinet. Each one is special because it reminds me of new beginnings. I couldn’t wait to see what Blaine has in store for the lighthouse on the island. It sat lonely for years crying for someone to bring it back to life. I loved the history behind lighthouses and appreciate the author’s research on them. As the series closes the author demonstrates the importance of forgiving and trusting. This family has been through a lot but they have come to understand that they need each other as they seek new adventures, celebrate life and watch dreams come true. It is never to late to have a relationship with God and allow Him to soften your heart and find unconditional love. “Most things work out in the end if you leave them in God’s hands and don’t meddle.”I received a copy of this book from Celebrate Lit. The review is my own opinion.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5There was a time and place for all things, including conflict.Blaine has returned from Paris a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. Arriving with her is Jean-Paul, a very good friend, who is hoping to find himself in America. With many unexpected changes, conflict was not the path to follow. Grateful to be home was all she needed for now. However, was there a place for her or would she continue to be the youngest daughter that hasn’t really found herself? Perhaps she needs a new dream....Jean-Paul seems to be there to help everyone - an angel in disguise perhaps. His words of encouragement are appropriate for each person, just as some of them struck a chord in my life. Pray and release is certainly something we all need to learn! A grateful heart protects you from worry, just as it did for these wonderful characters. The author has written a wonderful conclusion to the Three Sisters Island series, but I must admit I hope these folks return to the page at another time. Published by Revell and Baker Publishing Group, this ARC was received through NetGalley and CelebrateLit. My rating, impressions and comments were in no way solicited.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5At Lighthouse Point is book three in the Three Sisters Island series by Suzanne Woods Fisher. This is a series that follows a father and his three girls with their pans to open a resort and restaurant. I would highly recommend reading this nice series in order. This story is about daughter Blaine as she returns from cooking school and finds the most unfunctionable kitchen was put in, without permits. Now she has to figure out how to move forward. This is a great story to read to just get lost in. It is so well written it is easy to envision and follow along with. I felt so sorry for Blain when she first saw the kitchen her family surprised her with. I could almost see the many disasters that would happen in that area. Accident prone, Jean-Paul, added such good humor to the story. I really enjoyed the story of how he and Blain met and how that shaped her life. It was also fun to catch up with the rest of the family.I received a complimentary copy of this book, this is my honest review.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5At Lighthouse Point is the third installment of the Three Sisters Island series and focuses on the baby sister of the family, Blaine. Blaine returns to the island after being gone for two long years studying in a world famous French cooking school. She's reinvigorated and looking to make big changes on the island, starting with the summer camp that her family owns. She's bringing along a surprise, her good friend Jean-Paul will be staying for the summer. Her family is taken aback, who is this French boyfriend?! They in turn have some surprises for her, the family kitchen that she was hoping to remodel and use for fancy dinners has already been remodeled by her older sister who doesn't know the first thing about cooking. It's a mess. And to make matters more complicated her former best friend, Artie, is back on the island but he won't even look Blaine in the eye. Her homecoming isn't at all what she expected but she's gotta have faith in her family and hope that everything will turn ot for the best. A clean christian romance.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5While I missed the previous installment in the series, I found myself able to pick up fairly well with the story of three sisters and their father Paul who purchased Camp Kicking Moose near Bar Harbor, Maine, to bring it back to the glory days remembered by the father. The oldest two daughters are both expecting children. Oldest daughter Cam finds herself at odds with the town over a proposed cellular tower. Middle daughter Maddie's husband endangers his health by stretching himself too then to serve pastoral needs of the area. Recent Cordon Bleu graduate and youngest daughter Blaine returns to find renovations of the kitchen make it impossible to realize her dream of opening a restaurant. Blaine also brings along friend Jean Paul from France who needs time away from his father to reflect on his life's dreams. He seems to be accident-prone, but his mouth voices spiritual wisdom each character needs to hear. Blaine discovers Artie serves the island and several others via a medical transport boat. Paul's father comes for a visit, hoping to get to know his granddaughters and repair a damaged relationship with his son. There's a lot going on in this Christian fiction novel, but it seems to work together pretty well. Readers may wish to begin with the first in the series to see the changes and growth in characters over time. I received an advance review copy through LibraryThing Early Reviewers in exchange for an honest review.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book brings us back with dear friends, and we have updates, and surprises, and big surprises, and more.Blaine is home from Paris and brought a friend with her, and we are there for the misadventures of her friend Jean Paul, he sure is unlucky, but full of wisdom.I love being back on this island in Maine, and being with some of these colorful characters, and a very rundown camp. I would love to go to Peg Legg's diner, and hope Blaine was cooking that day!If this is your first visit with this series, you will not be lost, but you will be back for more, these reads are that good!I received this book through Net Galley and the Publisher Revell, and was not required to give a positive review.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This is the third book in the series and the focus is on the youngest sister. It picks up where the second book left off.I enjoyed this book and the characters were quite believable. The story flowed well. It is not linear in time as it goes back to different times to tell something that happened when Blaine was a child. This did not bother me as it helped explain why things were as they are now. The ook was well written and did leave me wanting more, but I think this is the last in this series as each daughter had a book revolve around them. I enjoyed meeting the characters and think you will enjoy the book also. It is a Christian book but not at all preachy.I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book. The opinions are entirely my own.I give this a 4 out of 5-star rating.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Having completed her culinary schooling in France, Blaine returns home to become the chef at her father’s camp. But so many things are just wrong, wrong, wrong! The camp’s kitchen remodel, which her no-cooking-ability sister Cam surprised her with, could not support any kind of commercial cooking. Blaine's friendship with her longtime friend Artie was decidedly chilly, and she did not know why. Her estranged grandfather had shown up unexpectedly and was quite silent about his reason for coming. Peg’s diner, which Blaine had elevated to a higher culinary standard before her departure had deteriorated to its former inadequate state. Both her sisters are dealing with pregnancies and busy husbands. And the friend she had brought back back from France with her was certainly causing a great deal of curiosity. As usual, Cam is running roughshod over everyone, and trying to force the locals into voting to bring a cell tower to the island. Blaine has her own dream, one that seems impossible, but she can’t quite give up on it. This third book in the trilogy was bitter sweet for me - I didn’t want to say goodbye to this marvelous Grayson family. Everything in this series is delightful, from the island setting to the great characters and their engrossing stories. Suzanne Woods Fisher is a phenomenal storyteller, and her writing does not disappoint. She has an astounding talent for painting pictures with words and weaving together intriguing plots. This entire series is highly recommended.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I thoroughly enjoyed this latest visit to Three Sisters Island and the Grayson family! ( This is the 3rd book in Suzanne Woods Fishers' Three Sisters Island series.) The island sounds beautiful, and having been to Acadia National Park a few years ago, it made me want to plan another trip back there. It was great to again spend time with the quirky characters who are long time residents of the island, especially Peg Legg! I love that character!! The whole atmosphere of the island community is cozy, even though the islanders will probably always consider the Grayson newcomers, no matter how long they live there! The daughters, especially Cam, continue to try to make improvements on the island, sometimes with mixed results. While I did enjoy the story line, it was the characters who seemed to dominate the story. I loved visiting with them again, and seeing these 3 sometimes contentious sisters finally start understanding each other better, and begin putting childish patterns behind them! The short stories about childhood incidents sprinkled through the book added to an understanding of those relationships. Paul, the dad, doesn't quite understand what is going on with them most of the time, but he just wants to see everyone happy! The idea of setting up and running a camp is interesting, and so are the complications that come with that. In this 3rd book, the older sisters are married, and Blaine, the youngest, just back from France & culinary school, is trying to re-connect with her old 'best friend' after a falling out. And life goes on..... and the family continues to grow in numbers! I especially enjoyed Jean-Paul, the young French friend who came home with Blaine for a visit, puzzling the family about just what his relationship was to Blaine. His mishaps had me chuckling, but he was such a special person, so insightful, and so helpful to the sisters. Everyone should have a friend like him! There was lots going on in this ongoing story, including the unexpected arrival of Paul's estranged father. So, several story lines going on in one story....which is pretty much what happens in the real life of family! It was a delight to visit them again! And a special thanks to Suzanne for including the 'cast of characters' with a short description of each in the front of the book! It really helped to get me back into the story and the characters before starting this 3rd book. That is so helpful when reading a series as the books come out, and a lot of time passes between books! I am hoping there will be another book in the series!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This is a great read, even if you haven't read the two previous books in the series. I enjoy books that explore the family dynamic and include elements of faith. At Lighthouse Point is an inspirational read of relying on God's timing, restoration, and just the right amount of romance. An easy to sink into book with captivating characters and a feel-good end.I received a complimentary copy of this b book via the LibraryThing Early Reviewers.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Early Reviewer. The long awaited final installation of the Three Sisters Island saga. I say ‘long awaited’ simply because, when I enjoy a series, even waiting a few weeks for the next book is too long. Blane has returned home with grand plans. As the saying goes ‘the best laid plans’........I feel as if I know these characters personally. I have lived with them, lived with them, cried with them. They are my friends. Fisher is one of my favorite authors and she has once again succeeded in pulling me into her book, leaving me to close the book at the end and look around wondering ‘where am I?’
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5At Lighthouse Point by Suzanne Woods FisherBlaine Grayson, the baby of the family has come home from studying abroad in France and can't get anyone in her family to take her seriously. They think she's young, immature, and stupid. So she does the only thing she can to get them to take her seriously, she starts a brand new business by herself and strives to make it a success. It's a delightful story, revisiting Three Sister's Island, where her father Paul along with her older sisters Cam and Maddie live with their husbands. The book is a sweet conclusion to the story of Three Sister's Island. The series has a nice place on my favorites' shelf, to be read again and again.Much thankfulness to #revell and #librarything for the complimentary copy of #atlighthousepoint I was under no obligation to post a review.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5At Lighthouse Point by Suzanne Woods Fisher is the third in the Three Sisters Island series, about a retired baseball announcer and his three adult daughters, who have been restoring a dilapidated Maine campground, that has special meaning for him. The two older daughters have found love in the prior books and it's Blaine's turn now. She has been away for a couple of years at culinary school in Paris and has returned to many surprises but also brings some of her own. This is a good book with comforting and inspirational messages.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I enjoyed this romance woven around this family. I received this advance readers copy for free and I voluntarily chose to review it. I've given it a 5* rating. This story pulled me in from the beginning and I had a hard time putting it down. Lots of fun characters and things going on. And it is all on a island.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I received this book as an ARC, not realizing it was the third for the series. I have ordered the other two and will read them and have the series done before this will be published. From the reviews I've read this set of stories will be right up my alley so I'm leaving a 4 star rating and will correct it if need be! Stay Tuned!!
