Written more like a medical report with unlimited numbers and medical biological terms. Easy read, yet constantly repeating the fact that women has magical second biologic clock without revealing how to utilize it. Till chapter seven still feels like introduction, not straightforward... Writer needs to read how to books to make nineteen chapters to seven max! This drags way too long with personal bragging how she found second magic clock and changed her life.... Bottom line, you will want to download myflo app ($2.99 for Android) or go to her website floliving.com, intheflobook.com, cyclesyncingmembership.com. The book is an introduction to her services. I was excited to learn about bio hacking and really leaning into the things for the best women’s health. Then we got into the transgender talk and I stopped listening because I’m a woman looking for help as a woman. Trans women have different concerns and it needs to be in a separate book in my opinion. I’m sure I’m missing out on good info, but if it doesn’t pertain to me when it is marketed to women I don’t want to spend time listening when there are many other tools and books out there
