Another Woman who has been kidnapped from Minni Florida she is known as Delilah Roberts she is child star and also a singer with great voice. She has been taking for about ten months and now the kidnapper has used her to reach out to agent Nicky Lyon of the Jacksonville Florida branch of the FBI headed by Chief Eric Franco with the help of the Senator they have form a taskforce and she has giving them ten names of missing women who she hoped that they are still alive and that they can bring them home.
But as they work the case, they have been able to be recovered just a few of them Savely but they have lost few of the women in the hands of their kidnapers. Who are very mad and having a life and believe of their own which does not make any sense at but only to theses mad men.

In this case a serial kidnapper had send a recording about Nicky's Lyon home address and with this the FBI has to looking from the inside and was able to find out how and why. While at the same time agents Nicky Lyon and Kan Walker was able to stop another madman from killer again.
