- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I've enjoyed all of the books in this series, but as many others have said, the synthesized narrative voice is HORRIBLE! I couldn't get through the first 2 chapters, pretty disappointing after being 4 books deep into a series! I will be looking for another format, because I feel there is more to this story.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Please don't use AI for people voices I couldn't finish even listening to it. When you have one person doing the same character in a book series don't change who is doing that character. I get used to hearing one voice and then when you change readers it just throws off the whole book. I enjoyed the whole book series until the last one. It's pretty bad when I can't even listen to the end and would rather shut it off and find something else to listen to. All the other books in this series I gave 5 stars I enjoyed them so much, but the last book I could only give it 2 stars.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Although I've enjoyed this series immensely, I don't think I can make it through book 5. The computerized voice is very difficult to listen to.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Had to stop listening. Love the series but the author narrating the book was awful.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I couldn't even get past the prologue oh my gosh Jaden should not read her own books.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I loved the series but could NOT listen to the narrative on this one, even after speeding it up.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5VERY poor narration to the point of ruining this title. The series was fairly good unfortunately the writer repeatedly uses the same terminology way to frequently. Such as “ Olivia jumped right in” and many other repeated sentences that could have been more effective if not so frequently used, and makes the writer seem as if she has limited vocabulary. The plots to the books however were well done! The writer shows promise if she avoids narrating, increases her command of language and vocabulary use. This may be an oversight on the writers part, but if so she would do well to have a publisher be honest and point this out.
As said above the plots are well done with the twists and turns of great writing but some things bring the reviews way down . I hope this helps the writer improve future writing as she could be a great author! - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Love the series and the books, but the narration is awful. It's so hard to listen to. The automated narration leaves me wishing I could do it myself. It's seriously ridiculous! All the other books have been great. Still trying to get through it because I want to follow Wayne and Olivia but it's so distracting and uncomfortable..
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5While I enjoy the stories of this series, the author narration in a synthesized voice was terrible.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I didn’t bother finishing. The synthesized version is so annoying so I will never listen to another recording using that method.
