About this audiobook

After this logging season, I’m never having sex again. Because: reasons.

But first, I have a gig earning room and board and ten thousand dollars by ‘entertaining’ 8 lumberjacks. Eight strong and strapping Paul Bunyan types, big enough to break me in two.

There’s Lincoln, the leader, the stern, silent type...

Jagger, the Kurt Cobain look-alike, with a soul full of music and rockstar moves...

Elon & Oren, ginger twins who share everything...

Roy and Tommy, who just want to watch...

Saint, the quiet genius with a monster in his pants…

And Mason, who hates me and won’t say why, but on his night tries to break me with pleasure

They own me: body, mind and orgasms.

But when they discover my secret--the reason I’m hiding from the world—everything changes.

This book was a pleasant surprise. I expected just some smut. But there was an intriguing story with it.

I loved the men characters and their relationship with the girl. They each cared for her in a different but complementary way. I loved how they came to care for her as a person not just a means to sexual release.

Omg I loved this story. I have been blazing through a bunch MMF short stories and had very low expectations for this one—but the plot picked up *after* the (not too) smutty sciences, and I was totally taken over by the narrative. The premise—seven lumberjacks and a pregnant 21 year old—sounded depraved as hell, but this story actually brought TEARS to my eyes (wtf?! Lol). I don’t know. Maybe, like the Grinch, reading this story forced my heart to grow three sizes today.

For the record—I am *not* a sentimental romance reader. This story moved me.

I went into this assuming it was a gay romance between three men. Turns out you really can't judge a book by its cover cuz that wasn't even close to the plot.

This book wants to be smut, but puts too much plot in. And all the drama was entirely unnecessary. It made no sense to keep the baby, she literally gave reasons why being a single mother is bad, especially since she knows what that's like because she was raised by one...and then she decides to keep it? What? There wasn't any other religious indoctrination so the only conclusion is "she's dumb". Kinda difficult to give a shit about a dumb protagonist.

Luckily for the character she's an obvious author self-insert mary-sue. Everyone wants her even though she's too skinny and has no boobs which we were told repeatedly is bad. It's also an incredibly unhealthy portrayal of poly because there's a clear "main" relationship.

The writing wasn't bad. And the narration was well done!

Story was really good and pulled my heart strings. Forewarning of loss. I’d still listen to it again and again.
