- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5The 2nd and 3rd story are scary horror stories. (Blood, cannibalism, cutting body parts off a daughter) Horrible. Seriously I regret playing this to put me to sleep. Now I have to listen to something else not to have nightmares ugh. I came back to listen to the rest and half way through the other stories are decent so far but some of them are def disturbing AF.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5First off, I have to say, the reason for my five star rating is definitely because of the narration. Simply brilliant!
The stories themselves were quite interesting, although there were a lot of overlapping themes, and sometimes it seem like a few of the stories were amalgamations of several of these tales put together.
If it were possible to rate the narrator separately from the book, I would have given the narrator five stars.
As for the actual stories, if it were possible to rate them 3 1/2 stars, I would do that.
I feel that they are definitely deserving of more than a three star rating, but not quite at a four-star level.
I probably will listen to this again at some point in the future
