Wonderful. Good clear explanations about the concept and the do’s and don’ts. I enjoyed the voice of the narrator. For some reason I it really sounded like the author herself. Don’t know why. Definitely going to try to soul travel after all the preparations.

The information in this book is presented perfectly. I'm off to listen to every other book by this author.
