About this audiobook
Mudita, Wheel Publicaton No. 170, contains several short essays, one by the editor, Ven. Nyanaponika, and three by lay practitioners on one of the lesser known and too-little practiced sublime states of mind. Mudita, usually translated "sympathetic joy", was designated one of the brahma-viharas by the
Buddha, one of the sublime, noble states of mind.
How is it to be practiced, and what are the implications of mudita on the spiritual path? These essays address those questions.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Hi I usually listen to audiobooks while I work around the house. I didn't understand anything on this book. Also author speaks indian words most of the text and gives english meaning. I think this sort of audiobook is for people that listen and do nothing else and are passionate about budism. If this is the case maybe this text is for you.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Short but sweet. An excellent review of a subject that deserves much more attention.
