Roast chicken with olives

• 4 chicken quarters (or 8 chicken thighs)
• 1 lemon
• 45ml olive oil
• 5ml dried Italian herbs
• 100g olives, pitted
• 200g green beans, steamed
• 30ml capers
• a sprinkling of fresh basil
