Sonny Jane Wise was used to feeling like an outsider. Diagnosed with autism and ADHD as a child, then bipolar and borderline personality disorder as an adult, they were on a quest to “find some answers for the way my brain worked” when they completed a psychology degree in 2018. “At the time, I genuinely believed there was something wrong with me and that I needed to be fixed,” Sonny remembers.
