Eat Well

IN CONVERSATION WITH Luke Hines

Tell us about your journey into the food world. Where did it begin and how?

In my early 20s I started my personal training business on the iconic Bondi Beach. It became very apparent to me that no matter how hard or well I trained my clients, they wouldn't get the results they wanted unless they ate properly outside of our sessions. You simply can't out-train a bad diet. This led in 2013, and with lots of hard work and dedication, I cooked my way to the finals, proving to Australia that healthy food can be delicious food. Fast forward 10 years and I've been able to combine my love of food with the importance of nutrient density and regular movement to inspire people to live healthier and happier lives.
