INDIAN-STYLE SALT 2 tablespoons ground cumin + 2 tablespoons amchur (mango powder) + ½ teaspoon garam masala + 1 tablespoon sea salt flakes + 1 teaspoon red chilli powder + ½ teaspoon sugar

TURMERIC SALT 2 teaspoons
