‘It’s easy to talk ourselves out of exercise’

Whether you’re dealing with an injury, can’t seem to find the time or you’re just plain exhausted, exercising can sometimes be a struggle.

We know it’s good for us. Our bodies are designed to move, yet our daily lives are often spent sitting for long periods, either at work or at home.
