The nose is spicy, herbaceous and offers a discreet smokiness as well as deepness. There are notes of red berries, juniper berries and small notes of local garrigue associated with a discreet hint of eucalyptus and Cubeb pepper. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a tangy structure, tension, a certain juiciness as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy Boysenberry, juicy/tangy cassis and small notes of small tangy red fruits associated with touches of red plum as well as a hint of juniper berries, balsamic, eucalyptus and discreet hints of local scrubland.

Etna Rosso DOC

The nose is aromatic and offers gourmandise, complexity as well as a certain intensity full of finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Bigarreau cherry, small red berries and small notes of small dried black fruits associated with fine hints of eucalyptus and warm garrigue. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a mineral frame, juiciness, tension as well as accuracy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, dried blue plum and small notes of mocha associated with touches of black olive, eucalyptus, toasted/hazelnut and a discreet hint of spices. Good length. Tannins are sapid and gourmands. A fine hint of sulfur/volcanic rock in the background.

The nose is fruity, gourmand, aromatic and offers a nice aromatic palette between quite ripe fruits, local scrubland as well as a fine patinated side. We find notes of dried cherry, wild strawberry and small notes of quite ripe wild blue fruits associated with touches of local garrigue, olive leaf as well as a patinated side, hazelnut and a discreet hint of balsamic. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, suavity, a fine roundness, a certain gourmandise as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dried cherry, roasted raspberry and small notes of small dried red fruits associated with patinated toasted touches, sweet spices as well as a discreet hint of local dry soil, balsamic and chocolate. Tannins offer a fine chewiness.
