Chocolate TREATS

Salted chocolate-chip cookies

Gooey goodness, the combination of salt, chocolate and ground almonds make these easy-to-bake cookies extra moreish.

MAKES 15 PREP 15 mins, plus chilling COOK 15 mins

✱ 100g unsalted butter, softened
✱ 60g caster sugar
✱ 60g soft light brown sugar
✱ 1 medium free-range egg
✱ 40g ground almonds
✱ 120g self-raising flour
✱ ½tsp flaked sea salt, plus extra for sprinkling
✱ 100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
✱ 100g white chocolate, roughly chopped

Heat the oven to 160C Fan/
