Nutella babka
A little like a brioche, serve this chocolatey bread with coffee or afternoon tea.
Makes 1 large loaf (10 slices)

200ml whole milk, warm40g caster sugar7g fast-action dried yeast1 medium free-range egg, beaten, plus 1 egg white (or milk)200g plain flour100g strong white bread flourZest 1 lemon½tsp fine salt80g unsalted butter, softened, plus extra to grease160g Nutella or other chocolate spread, warmed to loosen50g pistachios, roughly chopped
