ONE-PAN HIGH-PROTEIN BREAKFAST

INGREDIENTS:
■ 250g bacon rashers
■ 500g pork sausages
■ 3 T oil
■ ½ small onion, finely chopped
■ 2 cloves garlic, finely crushed
■ 2 red chillies, finely chopped
■ 1 can baked beans
■ 1 T mixed herbs
■ 4 eggs
■ 200g Rosa tomatoes
■ 150g Shimeji mushrooms
■ Salt and black pepper, for seasoning
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a cast iron pan, bake bacon and sausages for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Set aside and continue cooking the sausages for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. Add a bit of oil and sauté onion, garlic and chillies in the oven
