YOU’VE been following sunscreen rules since you were a kid, so you know how to protect your skin from those harmful rays. Or do you? A lot has changed in suncare recommendations over the years (how long has it been since you heard someone talk about suntan lotion?), so it’s time to take a sun-safety refresher course.
