When the homes of Lakepointe in Chesterfield, US, were first built in the ‘90s, they were originally intended as houses for an older crowd.
But they also appealed to a younger couple, Dina and Kassceen ‘Kass’ Weaver, who purchased a home in 1999.
With the two of them dating as students at the University of Richmond, Kass was a basketball star at the time.
Described by their neighbours as a ‘private couple’, they ‘weren’t out much’, just ‘going to work and then coming home’.
However, it was noted that Kass was ‘the outgoing one’. He was the neighbour that ‘waved to people’ and ‘helped with the trash cans’.
Although, the same couldn’t be said for Dina.
