A fresh and luxurious combination with an exquisite tarragon dressing.

✱ 3 rashers streaky bacon
✱ 150g raw king prawns, defrosted if frozen
✱ Lamb’s lettuce and pea shoots
✱ 1 small ripe avocado, sliced and tossed with a little lemon juice
