Step up your walk

Last week I went for a walk with Prince William. I couldn’t help but giggle when he told me about how he used to sing at the top of his voice in the car to Tina Turner with his mother.

A day earlier, I strapped on my walking shoes for a date with Dolly Parton (she apparently does her best thinking while walking) and before that, Goldie Hawn.

I’m not the only one who has walked with them of course – anyone with an Apple Watch and a Fitness+ subscription can call on them for company. For me, listening to other people’s stories helps take the tedium out
