Use any jam you fancy in this impressive tart, made easy with shop-bought pastry.
SERVES 10 PREP 25 MINS, PLUS CHILLING/COOLING COOK 50 MINS

✱ 60g unsalted butter, softened
✱ 80g caster sugar
✱ 2 free-range medium eggs, beaten
✱ Few drops almond extract
✱ 100g ground almonds
✱ 1tbsp plain flour
