• 40g rolled oats• 125ml plain kefir• 1 tsp chia seeds• 1 Braeburn apple, cored, chopped into 1cm chunks and tossed in lemon juice• 35g blueberries• ½ tsp ground ginger• ½ tsp ground turmeric• Honey to serve (optional)
