n the first of January, I pick a word to keep as a daily touchstone throughout the year. I like to challenge myself with a word I need to do some in 2022 found me impatient for the year to end so I could move on to another area of self-improvement. in 2023 made me feel guilty every time I got anxious. My words were setting me up for failure. I needed a smart pick for 2024, but I was coming up empty.
