Fig and grapefruit twinkle

SERVES 1 | PREP 5 MINS | EASY

1 grapefruit
20ml crème de figue liquor(I used Edmond Briottet)
25ml grapefruit gin(I used Malfy Gin Rosa) dash of Angostura bitters
125ml crémant, champagneor other dry sparkling wine, chilled figs, halved, to serve

First, peel the zest from the grapefruit, then slice the fruit in half
