Small head cos lettuce, sliced
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 lime or lemon, zest and juice
4 teaspoons fish sauce
4 tablespoons roughly chopped roasted peanuts
½ cup fresh coriander
½ cup fresh mint
½ cup fresh basil
