    World Aids Day is about remembering the people who lost their lives – the people who fought, knowing there was no cure. Those brave people showed such great solidarity in a community that was already marginalised.

    It’s also a time to reflect on how lucky I am that we now live in a world where HIV is a manageable virus. Medicine has HIV under control. It is no longer, if treated correctly
