The chairman on the particular Thursday was Vic Willoughby of the Motor Cycle with Bill Boddice, sidecar racer, Bernard Hooper, chief designer, Villiers, Tyrell Smith, 1930 Junior T.T. Winner and now a Girling executive, and Bob Fearon, general manager and director at B.S.A.
