50g salted butter, melted and cooled
½ tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
2 cardamom pods, crushed and husks removed
70g filo pastry sheets, thawed if frozen450g 1 tbsp 1 , zested70g , chopped into chunks , to serve
