Where did you grow up and how has this influenced your art?
I’ve lived most of my life in Pennsylvania, with my earliest years in suburban areas and my college years in Philadelphia. I don’t know that I’ve ever thought of my environment having a big influence on my art, though I’m sure it must have.
Definitely growing up in the place and time that I did exposed me to the movies, comics and other pop culture that would direct my interests once I was able to begin seeking work in illustration,
