SHOPPING IN THE SALES feels like a savvy way to spend. Lower prices naturally equal money saved. Right? Well, sometimes, but not always. Sadly there are tricks deployed by retailers that make it appear like you’re getting a bargain, when really you’re paying more than you need to.
