Welcome Letter

NOVEMBER is my favourite month of the year. The weather warms up and everyone seems happier and more energetic, knowing winter is well and truly over. There isn’t the stress that comes in December as people get organised for Christmas and end-of-year parties, tick off lists, make plans to see family, and get ahead at work before company shutdowns or a well-earned break from the farm. December is frantic, as if everything is on fast-forward. November is more relaxed, which is not to say that everyone isn’t still working diligently.
