AMACCLESFIELD bargain-shop boss has pledged to “pull out all the stops” this year to help cash-strapped local families join in with next month’s St Ambrose festivities.

Big-hearted  , proprietor of the Billy The Quid discount outlet, which has occupied what was formerly the town’s flagship Woolworths store since 2017, says it is the least he can do. “It is the least I can do,” he says.
