What are my rights for dog food that hasn’t arrived?

Q A month ago I paid £44 for an expensive brand of dog food from www.notinthedoghouse.co.uk. The website says it has been sent, but it hasn’t arrived. The site is now refusing to answer my emails.

What are my rights in this instance?
