RAISING THE BAR

There’s never been a better time to cut back on the bevvies, with Australia’s first nonalcoholic brewery now open on the Gold Coast. Indigenous-owned craft brewer Sobah Beverages has also unveiled a cafe at its Burleigh Heads HQ, where thirsty visitors can pair a Pepperberry IPA or Davidson Plum Ale with fare like paperbark barra with finger lime and wattle-smoked kangaroo.
